I tried the Pit again

I have been getting a little burned out with my usual workouts, so I dusted off

The Pit workout that I bought a while back. This DVD is essentially an Ultimate

Fighting workout. It's not the kind of choreographed class that Cathe, Jari and

all our other favorites do. Here you see an instructor and his students in

their martial arts school and he just takes you through a class with them.

I originally pushed this DVD aside because it wasn't a constant workout like the

others I normally do. It's more timed bursts of exercise with breaks in

between. But I wanted a change of pace and I found that I broke a better sweat

doing this than I have with some of the others recently.

If you want a challenging workout at a different pace, you should try The Pit.

(I warn you though--the pushups in workout #1 are killers.)

Have fun,

I think its awesome that your''re doing a workout like at " The Pit. "  I watched a short video from the tape on YouTube and it's definitely an advanced tape.  Since you're interested in martial arts, have you ever tried " Carradine's Shaolin Strength Training? " I really enjoy working out with it. It's a really professional  tape and it definitely gives a real workout.  At the end the two trainers give a beautiful martial arts demonstration.

I haven't seen Carridine's workout, but I noticed it on Amazon recently.
