I decided to get back on track with walking. I'm going to try and walk twice a day as many days as I can.Here is what I did:1998 Self Challenge Walk - Steady walk = 31 minutesCalories 112, Steps 3,719 Miles 1.41Project YOU - Pilates Core = 20 minutesI HATE this workout! My abs are so weak from having a hysterectomy 5 years ago that I couldn't do most of those exercises...but I did TRY!Slim in 6 weeks FIRM UP FAST walk (Intervals) = 36 minutesCalories 152 Steps 4,415 Miles 1.67Co-ed Competitive Volleyball = 2 hoursI wore my Fitbit and it stayed on! Here is what it said:I burned 586 calories, I took 3,609 steps and I walked a total of 1.37 miles all while playing volleyball!Project YOU - Yoga Flex = 20 minutesThis was much easier than the Pilates workout but I still had some trouble with it. My arms and legs were all ready tired from walking (there are toning exercises with the FIRM UP FAST walk) and playing volleyball but I did do much better with this one. I enjoyed it by the end.Fitbit totals for the day: Calories 2,851, Steps 13,081 Distance 4.96 milesYAH Me! I might do the yoga and pilates on separate days...we'll see. I think it I didn't have volleyball last night it would have been easier to do both and walk twice.
