Guest guest Posted February 28, 2012 Report Share Posted February 28, 2012 Hi Everyone, Today I did Exhale Core Fusion Yoga Energy Flow (or something like that). I definately liked the blending of "traditional" yoga (Sun Salutations) w/ some other stuff - Pilates, Core, Chi Gong - it was a good combo. Tomorrow: Back to Couch to 5K - I'm starting Week 5 tomorrow! Next week I'm going to start my Slim Series rotation (following 's model) so for Mon, Wed & Fri I'm going to do Start it Up, Slim & Limber & 6 pack (I may sub in Pilates instead if I get bored w/ Six Pack!).
