Good morning!

This morning I did my second Traci Long workout and did Defining Shape. I really liked this one. Its total body and though I didn't really get any huge burns I was really feeling it. The exercises were fun too.

I wore my HRM even though I wasn't expecting high numbers since there wasn't any cardio. Not bad.

I burned 274, avg 123, max 165
