Thursday - Ramp and Limber, Take 2

Hi Everyone,

My workout today was Ramp it Up, take 2 and Slim & Limber, take 2. I still enjoyed Ramp but I think the standing oblique twists are putting something out of whack in my mid-back. So, next time I will substitute for that move. I may get my stability ball out and have it available for some crunches when they do that standing ab move. I really like the upper body exercises w/ the tubing in this workout. Really need to do more tubing workouts!I made the dreaded mistake of visiting Collage's site and now I really want the Tarbell Pilates workouts (particularly the plyo pilates and the workout for runners)...But I'm really trying to reign in spending this year and so far I'm doing well. Although, I do confess to spending $$ on AG outfits to give to DD for Easter. I know, it is is nuts b/c for the price of AG clothes, I can buy REAL clothes for me or DD! But, I like to give her something other than candy.Take
