excellent jen!!! i like how you have used kathy's 'secrets'

and LWTLW as subs in your rotation. im going to have to sub

very soon (today?)... especially next week as im supposed to do a

final hurrah on each workout and i feel like ive done each enough

already. so, sub as you see fit, and keep following the

structure of the rotation... we only have one week + 3 days left!

Thanks Carolyn! I get bored with doing the same videos over and over again...I think I just need more variety in my life. I do enjoy walking everyday and playing volleyball but I am rotating my walking workouts while I watch old episodes of the Biggest Loser...I'm watching the season with the lazy-ass cop twins! And volleyball really is different each day I play and it's FUN! Jen
