Guest guest Posted March 3, 2012 Report Share Posted March 3, 2012 Jen's exercise for Saturday 03/03/12 Project YOU Rotation - Day 8I didn't feel like exercising today but I FINALLY made myself DO IT and I ended up doing A LOT!I was going to start with Project You's Power Push but my Mom wasn't feeling well so I started off with a walk.1998 Self Challenge Walk - 31 minutesSteady paced walkWhen I came upstairs from using the treadmill in the basement my Mom said she was feeling better so then I did this:Project You - Power Push - 30 minutesFitbit Stats: Cals burned 122 Steps 1912 Distance 0.72 mi Pace 41:24/mi Then I did another walkNo Excuses Workout Walk - 31 minutesInterval walkFitbit Stats: Cals burned 96 Steps 3497 Distance 1.33 mi Pace 23:23/mi Fitbit TOTALS for today: 10,038 steps taken 3.8 miles traveled 2,366 calories burned 813 active scores Jen Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
