Guest guest
Yeah , don't waste your $. I've used old, simple treadmills to high tech treadmills and gues what - they are all equally boring and are pretty much just big rubber bands going round and round on a conveyer. They take up a ton of space and you can find them used all the time because people buy them in January, never use them and realize they are the most boring machines on the planet. I envy those that like them, and I don't mind doing them at the gym to fill in gaps but you're getting PLENTY of cardio in with your step workouts and kickboxing, HIIT with Cathe, etc.Hugs! brief cardio walking on treadmill: almost 15 minutes, 100 calories burned at 3.5 speed, incline of 2. Walking on it isn't so bad, but running on it just bores me to tears. The wheels in my head started turning when my dad was thinking about getting one. I'm glad I didn't go any further with it. My daughter works out at a gym and she uses the treadmills and the elliptical and says they are both boring and I'm sure she's not on either very long. Good job with your workout. ~*´¨ ¸ *.• ´¸.•*´¨ ¸.•*¨ ..•´ ¸ .*
