I went to bed at around 1:00 am and then got up at the butt crack of dawn so I was kind of sluggish in class but got 'er done.  FUN FUN FUN!  It's the routine from the trailer I sent the other day - knee strike focused for sure.  The abs and pushups were easier than the last routine, and the music in this one is really good - even had an updated version of ABBA's " Waterloo " !  You know I went nuts on that song!  Lori has more energy than any instructor I've ever taken class from.  She needs to be in a video!

I AM SORE.  Still sore from Leg Day on Wednesday, and sore in back and biceps from yesterday.  Love this feeling!  Eating is still horrnedous :(  which is why I'm resuming sessions with Noel starting Tuesday.  It's symbolic and he will help get me back on track.

Your body is telling you how bad you kicked its butt. :)))

Eating is HARD. Just take it a day at a time and do the best you can. That's really all you can do.
