Hi Everyone,

Today was Couch to 5K Week 4, Workout 2 - same as Workout # 1. I felt a little tired doign this today - but I guess we have our ups and downs...after the run/walk intervals I stayed on the TM until I hit 4 miles at around 45 minutes. Afterwards I added on a recorded Classical Stretch.

I have been re-thinking my Slim Rotation, and if I'm going to keep up w/ running and getting some outdoor running in, I may do something like this during my Slim Series phase (I think I will be ok to run during the Slim in 6 phase since those are a tad easier, but I will definately play it by ear - I'm feeling good, not injured, no aches and pains, and I certainly don't want to do anything to cause them!):

Sunday - Slim Series workout

Monday - Run/Walk on TM/Stretch

Tuesday a.m. - Pilates/Fusion workut/ p.m. (while DD is at art class) outdoor run/walk

Wed - Slim Series Cool it Off or restorative Yoga

Thurs - Slim Series workout

Friday - LONG outdoor walk/stretch

Sat - Rest/Stretch

I think this will work - I know Slim Series works the legs a lot and so does running...

I think I can combine the Slim in 6 w/ running w/out too much of a problem, but we'll see.

My goal, so far is to get through each workout in the series 3X - but Cool it Off will be done more often since it looks like i will be doing it weekly!

Take care!Donna
