Guest guest Posted February 24, 2012 Report Share Posted February 24, 2012 > Have you considered doing meditation an hour before bedtime? i have some mp3's that make me pass out... remember those audios, pinky, you sent to me by jeffrey thompson called relaxation program1 & 2 and sleep program 1 & 2 (all 30 mins). ive used them and they are good. i also have another called 'half hour of peace' by susie mantell. alot of it is coached relaxation through visualizations so you are to be concentrating on that and are instructed to push other thoughts out of your mind. some cds will coach you down into sleep and then feed you subliminal messages on whatever topic you like (exercise motivation, weight loss, anger management, stress release, etc) i have a bunch of those too and even a brand new one that i need to rip beware though of the ones that put you to sleep for a while and then wake you back up again. i need to edit some of the mp3s to remove that part because i use them at night and not just for a nap. amazon has a large selection of these kinds of audios, that is where i got most of mine. :*carolyn.
