From: Festival City Concrete Ltd / & Carolyn Visser

i did my supreme 90 workout today with steve carrell - er, i mean

tom holland. (really, he looks like steve carrell, i even say

'bye steve' at the end of the workouts...LOL)

this is a good cardio workout, not as challenging as tabata

inferno, but still good. i lost track of how many cardio moves

we did but there sure was a large variety. you do each move for

30 seconds followed by 30 seconds rest. there is no repeating,

or circuits, just one move after the other. you use dumbells and

do each exercise as fast as possible to increase the difficulty

and cardio factor. just when i started to wonder when the last

exercise was coming, there it was! i dont normally like drill

or bootcamp type workouts, so im surprised that i like this one,

along with tabata inferno, but i do ! they are challenging, yet

quite do-able.

You're crazy not to!  It's a super series, at under $1 a dvd?  It's an awesome program!

Thank you for all you're feedback.  I be going to Ross tomorrow and if the packages are still available I will buy one.Regards and thanks -Catlin

Even I, who debated buying it at $30, which I thought was a fabulous price, and decided against it because it didn't sound like it would have enough fun factor for me would buy it for that price probably! Enjoy!
