Guest guest Posted March 9, 2012 Report Share Posted March 9, 2012 for PY day 18 (thursday), i did a shorter walk than usual, then did pilates and yoga. im pretty sure that im done with PY pilates and yoga.... next week i will be ready to substitute. i do have other kathy smith pilates and yoga workouts so i will probably do one of those instead. i also had a bunch of errands and stuff to do around the house, so not a big workout for day 18, and my step count is way lower, but that is OK! i needed a rest after such a big day on wednesday. :*carolyn.
