Guest guest
Tonite was Back Night at CAC. The Skipper was there doing is arm circle / flails but I was kinda disappointed he didn't skip from station to station like before. My crush, The Penguin (tall dark and handsome, we are both always there on the floor lifting, often it's just us and he wears a Pittsburgh Penguin shirt and also stays til it closes) and The Romanian joined me in the steam room. Tonite was fun because I finally incorporated the TRX into my workout. 3 sets of 8, 8 counts up, 8 down:life fitness seated rows:level 8, 9, 9 (12 levels total)fixed pulldown machine100, 95, 90 isolateral hi row55, 50, 50 per armpullovers35, 35 ,35single arm rows25, 25, 25TRX supine bodyweight pullups, 3 sets of 10, regular countbrief cardio walking on treadmill: almost 15 minutes, 100 calories burned at 3.5 speed, incline of 2. Walking on it isn't so bad, but running on it just bores me to tears. Tomorrow morning is that Group Kick routine with all the knees and blocks and I can hardly wait! My daughter works out at a gym and she uses the treadmills and the elliptical and says they are both boring and I'm sure she's not on either very long. Good job with your workout. ~*´¨¸ *.• ´¸.•*´¨ ¸.•*¨ .•´ ¸ .*
