Congrats on doing the toe pushups!! That is awesome!! I really like Vol 1, though seems like a sadist sometimes, smiling in a way that tells you she knows she's torturing you! This weather has been absolutely bizarre. I did see 2 robins today though so spring really is here. I wonder what summer will be like since we're having 84 degrees in March! (For those that don't know Michigan, we're lucky to be in the 50s in March and usually still have snow with always a chance of another snowstorm even into early April, it sure doesn't look like we will this year!)

Hi,It might have been my post a couple days ago, where I listed the Gilad tapes I still own. If so, then you're very welcome. I enjoy that one, too, and will have to pull it out and do it soon. Yesterday, I did The Firm Vol 1 with , and was happy that I was able to do 5 "toe-pushups" (as I call them, vs. "knee pushups"). I've only been doing the videos for about 5 weeks, but can feel the results already. I love it! Today I did my treadmill run/walk for 45 minutes. I'm glad we'll be getting a break in the the heat here in Michigan in the next few days, because it is just too muggy and hot in my basement where my treadmill is.
