Hi -

Sorry about the blank post -cat on lap...

Anyway, my friend and I went for our long walk today - initially I didn't think I would have time for the longer loop - but the weather is unbelievable today - so we did it. I also did a 20 min practice from Body Wisdom's Yoga for Athletes - I selected one from the running category for the legs (or hips...I can't remember now). Anyway, a nice 20 min of restorative poses.

I'm skimming all the messages today b/c I have a lot going on, but hope to respond to some of them at some point!Donna

I love combining cardio with yoga.
