Guest guest Posted February 23, 2012 Report Share Posted February 23, 2012 Workout 1) The Reversed West HIlls Walk - one hour of steep hills, my usual route but backwards!Workout 2) at CAC - Biceps, 3 sets of 8, 8 counts up, 8 counts down: Life Fitness Curls - went up on this one!level 6, 7, 6Hammer Curls:15's, 12.5's, 12.5'sW's12.5's, 12.5's, 12.5's,Crossover Cable Curls:12.5,12.5,12.5 Workout 3) Group KickWorkout 4) - Back, 3 sets of 8, 8 counts up, 8 counts down:Life Fitness Rows: went up on these! level 8,9,9 Single Arm Rows:25,25,25Pullovers35,35,35 - need to go up next time to 40Iso-Lateral High Row50, 50, 50 per armLife Fitness Fixed Pulldown90, 80, 80The best part as usual was the steam room, hot tub and sauna afterward.
