all i have left to do to finish my PY rotation is

1 full body circuit incl abs (60 min) on saturday + deli bonus walk

1 walk on sunday - done in fish dept all day

1 yoga on sunday evening (20 mins)

i do admit to skipping two 20 min pilates workouts and one 20 min

yoga over the last 4 weeks :/ however i did alot of extra

walking!

overall im very happy with how the rotation went and, in

conjunction with the fitbit, it has really helped me to be

mindful of what, and how much, exercise im getting every day.

im looking forward to starting gilad on monday march 19th ! i do

hope that jen can join me!!! after all a gilad rotation was her

idea! LOL how is your foot today jen? i hope that it is

better soon and that you can do some exercise with me!!

if anyone would like to do their gilad workouts, or do one here

or there, please join in too.

also ive gotten all of the xfactor workouts into my inventory and

have made my rotation (it is very simple!) so im actually all

ready to start that rotation too!

so who all is in? and when can you commit to 8 weeks? schedule

is:

day 1 - xfactor week # (#=1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8) - 40 mins

day 2 - cardio choice

day 3 - xfactor glutes & thighs (17 min) + xfactor abs (12 min) +

xfactor yoga (25 min)

day 4 - cardio choice

day 5 - xfactor week # (same workout as day 1)

day 6 - cardio choice

day 7 - rest

perform days 1-7 for 8 weeks, then do xfactor 'total body final

challenge' (24 mins but must add on own warmup and cooldown) on

day 57.
