Guest guest
Betsy, welcome! From what you are saying, it sounds like your new physician believes you have inflammatory arthritis, but he's not sure if that inflammatory arthritis is RA. Are you seeing a rheumatologist? If not, I would. I don't know if tunnel erosions are specific to any one disease. Why not ask? Not an MD I'll tell you where to go! Guest guest
hi, gina. Thanks for responding. yes, the new doc is a rheumy. i will not go back for another month, but will confirm with him then just exactly what it means. the person who did the mri (one of docs employees) indicated that it was caused by RA. Just not much on the internet that i have been able to find. > > Betsy, welcome! > > From what you are saying, it sounds like your new physician believes you > have inflammatory arthritis, but he's not sure if that inflammatory > arthritis is RA. > > Are you seeing a rheumatologist? Guest guest
Sorry to hear that your rheumatologist confirmed that you have RA, Betsy. The sed rate doesn't necessarily correlate well with how you are feeling. Thanks for the follow-up information, and I hope you'll notice some big improvement soon.
