i dont have this set! i know that the last time billy used

bands in his bootcamp workouts, it didnt go over very well.

maybe he has changed the design and or usage of them for this

set. the gloves look cool !!

HA!! I have these....sadly I haven't done more than two them because I ordered

them right before I was pregnant and severe morning sickness kicked in. A couple

of Taebo fanatics I know say they are the best of his recent stuff.... I

remember liking them alright but not LOVING them. But I was barely getting

through anything or tolerating anything then. My big pet Peeve the last 8 or so

years is the new " toy " with every set he puts out. I only have room for so many

sets of bands. With that said, I think these bands are far better than the

bootcamp ones.

The gloves are easier on your hands than past bans - but not as padded as they

look. IT would be cool if they were...you know to throw in some bag punches here

and there during the workout..

hmm maybe I will get it.. I think if I have lost another 2 lbs monday I will. I want something portable for home again and really love kickboxing and tae bo but only have 1 of his dvds..
