Guest guest Posted February 21, 2012 Report Share Posted February 21, 2012 Hi Everyone, I did Tracey's Booty Barre Beginners & Beyond. whew! That was tough. I think my Couch to 5K program is fatiguing my legs more than I realized! I even did the bonus floorwork. I really enjoy this one - it isn't boring (as some Barre workouts can be w/ the subdued/serious atmosphere) and Tracey really keeps you moving and engaged. One nice feature to working out later in the day was I could turn up the volume more and enjoy the music.Ok - I'm off to house clean and do some work for my job..... :(I'm going to watch a little of Slim in 6 to see what I'm in store for when I move on to that. Actually, I was thinking I could start onthe 5th if that is when everyone else wants to start - that Friday my friend and I can't walk since our DDs are out of school for the day.
