Saturday and Sunday was spent mostly doing chores with DH, and moving things around the basement. I did expand my workout area though, and got our old TV finally set up to do both DVDs and tapes! (This is an OLD TV, that isn't even " cable ready, " much less digital or HD...) Now I've got something bigger than my laptop to guide me! But all the furniture moving and such left little time/energy for workouts. Yesterday, I wasn't feeling all that good, so I just spent 45 minutes on the treadmill. I set the speed to a power walk, as my left foot has been feeling a little wonky lately. I think I strained something doing Tae Bo with . I think I'll do a CLX interval today...
