Guest guest Posted February 20, 2012 Report Share Posted February 20, 2012 Jen's exercise for Monday 02/20/12 Project YOU Rotation - Day 1I walked on my treadmill again this afternoon - 31 minutes2002 Self Challenge Week 1 Workout 1 Fast/Slow IntervalsI did Beachbody.com Kathy 's Project: YOUI did Lower/body & abs - 30 minutesThis workout was surprisingly tough for me. I know that I can definitely grow...or I mean Shrink when I do this program.I had trouble with Kathy's stretches at the end when you have to grab your other leg after you wrap one leg around it..I'm just not that thin or flexible yet...but I WILL get there!I wanted to do another walk again tonight but I reminded myself to just do 1 or 2 workouts a day until my body is used to it.My goal is to do Project YOU or walk everyday....hopefully BOTH!This week will be challenging for me because tomorrow I have a long day at work and then on Thursday I may or may not be able to exercise at all because we're getting a new furnace put it.
