Hi All,That cold took about a week to clear up. It wasn't too bad. I still rode my bike and walked, but l let CLX go for that week. I restarted with the Push phase on Saturday and also did one today. I went a little heavier, but got kinda sore because I had backed off for a week. But that soreness is such a good feeling. 

I'm still getting lots out of CLX, so I'm going to keep on going. The workout length is just right. I still am having some side effects, and 30 minutes is just right for lifting, at least for now.
