hi jen!!! we have all of these in common!! well i did not

add cuts & curves to my list for some reason.... i think that it

is missing from my inventory. i will find it and add it in!

all of these are sculpting workouts so you will need to add in

your walking of course and stretching. would you like to come

up with a 3 week rotation of these videos for yourself? ive

come up with some sort of a plan, i will post it so you can see

what you think of it. of course we never do the exact same

thing together and that is perfectly ok. we just want to use

our gilad videos and try to stick to our rotation's structure.

Could you please repost your rotation idea for using these (it was generic by type of workout, not putting in titles)? I meant to save it but can't find it now. Thanks!

hey nancy! here you go,

1 -sculpt

2 -floor aerobics

3 -abs/core

4- cardio+sculpt (blended or alternating circuits)

5- step aerobics

6- sculpt

7- stretch / rest

* stretch with some other instructor or on own

* plus steps from walking, or sports, or work, etc
