Guest guest
since nancy asked for the generic 'gilad' rotation, i thought i would post my personal 4 week VARIETY rotation. add regular walking (and/or work) and im laughing! i have categorized all of my videos into 12 types... cardio+sculpt, kickox, pilates, sculpt, floor cardio, rebounding, yoga, abs/core, stability ball, step cardio, stretch, coached audio (elliptical). rotating through each category, doing a different video each day, is a nice break from a strict rotation. actually i could do this rotation for at least a year (because i have the least number in coached audio workouts, but still have 12!), but would only do a month because by then i would feel all willy-nilly and crave a more repetitive rotation again. and, the muscle confusion could be pretty high by then anyway. week 1 - > Cardio+Sculpt > Kickbox > Pilates > Sculpt > Floor Cardio > Yoga > Rest week 2 - > Cardio+sculpt > kickbox > Core/Abs > stability Ball > Step > Stretch > Rest week 3 - > cardio+sculpt > kickbox > pilates > sculpt > rebounding > yoga > rest week 4 - > cardio+sculpt > kickbox > core/abs > stability ball > coached audio (elliptical) > stretch > rest
Guest guest
Carolyn, This is so cool! I'm always looking for ideas for how to mix things up on my own, without a "system's" set rotation program.
