here is a rotation that i have come up

with for some of my gilad workouts.

i hope that my work schedule doesnt mess this plan up, but i will

do my best.

week 1:

mon mar 19 day 1 - sculpt - TBS Vol 1 #1 + TBS Vol 1 #2

tue mar 20 day 2 - aerobics - QFS cardio classic + walk

wed mar 21 day 3 - core/abs - QFS abs + walk

thu mar 22 day 4 - cardio+sculpt - Express Disc 2 selections +

walk

fri mar 23 day 5 - step - gilad's step aerobics

sat mar 24 day 6 - sculpt - TBS Vol 1 #3 + TBS Vol 2 #1

sun mar 25 - day 7 - rest - walk + stretch

week 2:

mon mar 26 - day 8 - sculpt - TBS Vol 2 #2 + TBS Vol 2 #3

tue mar 27 - day 9 - aerobics - QFS Cardio Strike + walk

wed mar 28 - day 10 - core/abs - Gilad Abs + walk

thu mar 29 - day 11 - cardio+sculpt - Express Disc 2 selections +

walk

fri mar 30 - day 12 - step - substitute

sat mar 31 - day 13 - sculpt - TBS Vol 3 #1 + #2 + #3

sun apr 1 - day 14 - rest - walk + stretch

week 3:

mon apr 2 - day 15 - sculpt - cuts & curves

tue apr 3 - day 16 - aerobics - QFS Cardio blast + walk

wed apr 4 - day 17 - core/abs - core & more

thu apr 5 - day 18 - cardio+sculpt - new best of bodies in motion

fri apr 6 - day 19 - step - substitute

sat apr 7 - day 20 - sculpt - power & grace

sun apr 8 - day 21 - rest - walk + stretch

..... and then it is jackie warner circuit training dvd for week 4.
