Today I needed to finish out my steps on my fitbit so I did Cathe's Basic Stepping and did it all on the floor. Super easy stuff, but it did what I needed it to do. I only needed a couple thousand steps and it gave me just that.

I don't mind doing the extra cardio because for one, my heart rate doesn't get very high so it doesn't matter if I've eaten or anything and I don't use any arm movement so there isn't much sweating. Doesn't sound like much benefit, but I'm moving and the numbers are moving on my fitbit so I guess SOMETHING is working. :)
