Wed - Couch to 5K/Yoga

Hi Everyone,Today was Couch to 5K, week 5, workout # 1 - which was basically alternating 5 min of jogging w/ 3 min of walking. I'm definately getting stronger! :)

Followed up w/ some yoga from Shiva Rea's More Daily Energy - I did the first Lunar Practice which actually had some good post-run poses - downward dog, lunge, cobra, some gentle twists, etc. I really like this DVD (so far!). I think I would like to get her first Daily Energy as well as her Flow Yoga for Beginners (which I borrowed from the library - will definately borrow it again). But, alas, I have purchased too much recently and will wait!
