I will post a break-down of it later along with why I liked it more than PY's Lower body/abs.I really crammed this two walks almost back to back which I wouldn't normally do but I got called to do a 5:30pm assignment so I had no choice.I did 2002 Self Challenge walk - 36 minutesThis was a steady paced walkFitbit Stats:Calories 134 steps 4,393 distance 1.67 miles pace 21:37About an hour later I did this6 weeks to Slim FIRM UP FAST - 36 minutesThis was an interval walkFitbit Stats:Calories 139 Steps 4,422 Distance 1.68 miles Pace 21:29I went to volleyball but I arrived lateCo-ed Competitive Volleyball - 1 hour 30 minutesFitbit Stats:Calories 400 Steps 1,895 Distance 0.72 milesFitbit totals for today 12,869 steps taken 4.88 miles traveled 2,873 calories burned 1,296 active scores Jen Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
