Jen's exercise for Monday 03/05/12 Project YOU Rotation - Day 9Today I started of with my Project YOU

rotation workout but instead of doing one of those I substituted this:Secrets to a Great Lower body - 30 minutesI enjoyed this workout more than

the PY workouts. I will post a break-down of it later along with why I liked it more than PY's Lower body/abs.I really crammed this two walks almost back to back which I wouldn't normally do but I got called

to do a 5:30pm assignment so I had no choice.I did 2002 Self Challenge walk - 36 minutesThis was a steady paced walkFitbit Stats:Calories 134 steps 4,393 distance 1.67 miles pace 21:37About an hour later I did this6 weeks to Slim FIRM UP FAST - 36 minutesThis was an interval walkFitbit Stats:Calories 139 Steps 4,422 Distance 1.68 miles Pace 21:29I went to volleyball but I arrived lateCo-ed Competitive Volleyball - 1 hour 30 minutesFitbit Stats:Calories 400 Steps 1,895 Distance 0.72 milesFitbit totals for
