Guest guest Posted March 6, 2012 Report Share Posted March 6, 2012 i just finished PY: full body circuit to fulfill the schedule for day 15. this is a 60 minute workout which alternates cardio and strength. basically kathy takes the cardio moves from power push and the strength exercises from the upper and lower body workouts, and puts them into circuits. it felt good to do the circuits instead of having the cardio, upper and lower split into multiple workouts. there was no walking scheduled for day 15, but i had a deli shift so i got in a bonus walk. a walk was scheduled for day 16 and the weather is not nice, plus i had to go to town for shopping. hmmm, what to do? i decided to go mall walking which was kind of fun. i went through the whole place at a pretty good clip..LOL day 17 is another new-to-me workout, PY long lean, plus i have an evening shift at work. i would also like to fit in yoga but im not sure if time will allow. will see! :*carolyn.
