Here is a rotation using nothing but Gilad's Express Workout. I would be kind of bored by the repetition. But, the first week in April, I am going to be very limited on time in the morning, so I may do a week of the Intermediate rotation. If I understand correctly, the workouts should come to 30 mn which is just about the amount of time I will have!Oh - and this is what I might do starting tomorrow - I can't decide if I want to keep working w/ Slim in 6 or not.....
