Guest guest Posted March 12, 2012 Report Share Posted March 12, 2012 project you day 22 was floor cardio and lower body. so i did 'the firm total body transFirmation cardio overdrive express' (long enough title?!) for a floor routine. led by alison davis, who i dont really 'know' but allie del rio and sue mi were in this one too, so it was ok. the workout is beginner/intermediate. the choreo is basic and not hard to catch on to. beginners can leave out the arms. short and sweet and not boring. the girls all look very young and fit... a boob job here or there (allie)... concave stomachs and absolutely no fat anywhere. then i did another short and sweet workout... 'turbo jam lower body jam'. had to get a little boost today from the beautiful chalene not many reps but lots of variety. beginner to intermediate - 2 modifiers for beginners to follow if needed. chalene's dh is in this one, it is cute to see him smile at her jokes. i was heading out for a bonus walk with chinook when it started raining so not many steps or much cal burn today and im stuck in my office for the rest of the evening. oh well, tomorrow is another day with deli work at 7am. plus my boss called and she has given me FIVE shifts next week in the seafood dept. i wonder if i have deli shifts on top of that?? oh boy. :*carolyn.
