today's Sweat Shop workout

is not even 1/13th as interesting as Donna's Couch to 5K workout today, I just did the eliptical for 400 calories worth at the Center Sweat Shop, which is in my building (the Plaza Sweat Shop is 1.5 blocks away and that's the one I normally go to with .)

It felt really good to sweat mid-day, take a hot shower and I come back to my desk refreshed and in a much better mood.  I am soooo grateful to have this facility at my disposal, for just $32 a year!  I'm sure I use that much in hot water alone!
