I did a Week # 4 workout which was:5 min warm-up walk3 min jog1.5 min walk5 min jog2.5 min walk3 min jog1.5 min walk5 min jogThen, I just walked for about 15 min or so. Total time 3.5 miles in around 40 min. I slowed way down at the end for some reason... :)I stretched out w/ Yoga Complete for Every Body (Body Wisdom) Hips, Knees & Feet Practice. Just some gentle yoga stretches for about 25 min. I felt good w/ this run/walk and I think I can go to a Week # 5 workout on Wednesday, glad, I thought taking last week off would have set me back, but I don't think it did.A sleepy start to the day w/ the time change!
