March challenge aka Biggest loser

So .. I am not going to spoil what happens to those that tape the show and watch later (laura :) but in a recent episode of Biggest loser they had to drop 5% of body weight in 18 days... I like this and want to push myself for this goal. I know this is exercise board and many of you are at your target weight but I need this push to get below 180 again.. SO.. I am challenging myself (and if you all don't mind, I am going to use you to be accountable) to drop 5% of my weight in 21 days (ok I am giving me a few more days plus I can do weeks...)... So by March 22 when I have to go home to kansas I want to have dropped 9 lbs..keep me honest my friends!judy in DC
