Well I'm happy with tonite's Delt Destruction workout (3 sets of 8, slow counts up and down):Life Fitness Shoulder Presslevel 7,8,8 (same as last time)Lateral Raise40, 40, 40 (up 5 lbs)

Barbell Upright Rows40, 40 30 (up 10 lbs on 2 of the 3 sets)Kettlebell Clean and Press20, 20, 20 (up on 2 of the 3 sets)Iso Lateral Behind the Neck Press15, 15, 15 per arm (need to go up next time)

Hydraulic Military Press30, 30, 30Eliptical 20 minutes, approx 200 calories burned at level 14It's 11:15pm and I'm wide awake.  I don't want to go to bed!  :(  Noel tomorrow :)
