Good morning!

Today was Push Pull (upper body 2x) premix. It had been a while since doing this one.

I started out with yoga and did QF Power Yoga (workout #1) I skipped the warm up in PP.

I didn't use the ball for any of it. I subbed using my step. I like it better that way.

Bench press on ball - 20 DBDeadrows 45 BB

ABOVE REPEATS

flys on ball 20

Y's on ball ( I did seated rear delts using 7)

ABOVE REPEATS

Inverted shoulder press on high step (I did seated overhead press) 15 One arm row 25

ABOVE REPEATS

Front raise on ball (1) 15 seated on stepRear delt raise on ball 10 (seated on step)

ABOVE REPEATS

Bicep curls with ball 12Slow Dips/immediately to kickbacks ( I did seated over head extensions with a 4 count down and 4 count up using a 20) The kicksback I used 8

ABOVE REPEATS

I skipped the low back and abs. Surprisingly my abs are a little bit sore from KPC yesterday.
