Guest guest Posted March 7, 2012 Report Share Posted March 7, 2012 Jen's exercise for Tuesday 03/06/12 Project YOU Rotation - Day 10I substituted a Project YOU workout again for one of Kathy's other workouts.I did Secrets to a Great Upper Body and Abs - 34 minutesThis wasn't as good at the Lower Body one I did yesterday but that's probably because I use to tougher workouts i.e. Chalean Extreme.
