Guest guest
Jen's exercise for Monday 03/19/12 Gilad Rotation - Day 1Since my foot was feeling better I decided I would start walking again and do my Gilad rotation. It was picture perfect outside on Monday so I went for a steady paced walk around "The Village" (townhouse complex where I live.) - 29 minutes.FitBit Stats:135 calories 3,679 steps 1.39 miles 20:48 pace per mileI did Gilad's Total Body Sculpt Vol 1 Workout 1 Show 20 - Total Body - this workout was 20 minutes long. It was easy but I enjoyed it very much. Gilad does different hand positions compared to other trainers...I LOVE him!Online I found a video that showed how to tape your foot for support if you suffer from Plantar's Fascitis. I decided to tape both of my feet to protect my heels and arches. They felt A LOT better with the tape on so I went to volleyball.Co-ed Competitive Volleyball - 2 hoursMy foot hurt a little (very little) so I was able to run and "set" on it and I did prety good job, if I do say so myself!FitBit Stats:Calories 539 Steps 2,754 Distance 1.04 miles Jen
Guest guest
> I did Gilad's Total Body Sculpt Vol 1 Workout 1 Show 20 - Total > Body - great start to your rotation jen!!! ::high five:: i did that one too!! my hamstrings and butt were burning when he was doing those isometric holds on one leg, and you bring the other foot in with the running man arms, then the knee is to be brought in. then he makes you stand up very slowly on that leg at the end... ouch! :*carolyn. Guest guest
Yeah, I felt those too! It's good practice for balance as well. I liked the different arm positions for the chst exercises ie pinkies touch with using weights.
