One from 9:30 to 11:30am - I left early so I could run home for lunch. I refuse to eat crap food from a Community College's cafeteria! I had to hurry to get back to the same college by noon. I got off from there at 3pm.I was going to walk then but it was 82 degrees in Michigan! That is unheard of in March and we are just breaking all kinds of records for high temperatures here. The 82 felt like 90 to me so I waited until after my 5pm assignment to walk (that assignment lasted an hour.)I walked around The Village again - 39 minutes but this time I did intervals.FitBit Stats:Calories 173 Steps 4,747 Distance 1.8 miles Pace 21:41 a mileThat's all I did for today!I'm planning to play volleyball tomorrow night if my foot is still ok and YES I will tape it again.I'm suppose to play on Thursday but I will probably skip it since it's my least favorite night.
