Guest guest Posted March 16, 2012 Report Share Posted March 16, 2012 project you day 26 (friday) was floor cardio 30 mins. doesnt sound like much, but the rotation is lighter for the last week to allow for a bit of recovery before starting gilad right away. i also wanted to do the 30 min floor cardio requirement for sunday because i will be away all day working in the fish dept (which is going to be stressful because they have given me no training on how to open their dept for the day so im going to have to wing it... but ive been told that is one reason why they hire me for such things) so i did 70 min petra kolber 'cardio for beginners'. i had to modify up this workout as it really is for beginners. petra is a very consistent instructor. also friendly, encouraging, not condescending. cueing is well done, pace is brisk, backgrounders very good. music just provides a beat... it could have been better. different length workouts (10 to 20 mins) and a choice between athletic and dancey styles. basic steps and choreo. stretch at the end. i do think that beginners would like this one. :*carolyn.
