I did Pyramid Upper Body. I was so happy that my elbow didn't hurt at all until I got to the triceps. I felt it a little bit on the kickbacks, but not on the extensions. It was the biceps where it really started talking to me. Weird how just that one exercise made it hurt. I didn't have time for abs so had to skip. Don't like that one anyway.
