I thought about doing pilates, it might have been a better choice for my feet, but I just couldn't deal with it today (sorry, Donna & other pilates fans) so I went with a virigin core workout that I knew wouldn't be too taxing either, PowerFit Harmony 6 Core - Pure Power (what a ridiculously long name). It was a very light 20 minute workout that combined some standing core with floor work (probably about half & half) and none of it really was threatening for my feet so that was good. I modified here and there in very small ways to make sure I was safe and that was fine. It was very pleasant. It wasn't challenging so beginners could enjoy this one and though most of it was pretty traditional stuff, (Huckabee) put a spin on it by mixing things up a bit so it was interesting but not difficult to figure out what she wanted you to do. She said "You're looking great!" too many times but other than that, I thought it was good. Off to do a tiny bit of work, then scrapbook (finally, I hate getting up late on days when I have too many things I have to do and other things I really want to do)!
