Hi -

Got back from my long (2hour) walk w/ my friend today. It was good to be out walking and talking. Now, I'm going to force myself to do some yoga - I shouldn't say "force" b/c I enjoy it - but I do have a lot of other things that need to be done as well. But, I realized that in the month of Feb when I focused a lot of flexiblity work w/ Classical Stretch that I felt a lot better - so I know I need to do this!

Ok - off I go - I'm actually going to do another practice from the Shiva Rea dvd.
