Guest guest Posted March 13, 2012 Report Share Posted March 13, 2012 Well the gang was there, JJ, , and Noel and the jokes went back and forth, not appropriate to mention here but I was entertained! I told him last week I wasn't very sore so he needed to amp it up - WHICH HE DID. The weights were noticeably difficult and I eeked out the last reps in all the sets. He said he was dieting hard and I asked him what he ate today, which made me feel guilty about what I've been eating lately - he had a chicken breast, some oatmeal and eggwhites for breakfast, another chicken breast for lunch and for dinner he was going to have some tilapia later. I hope he's getting some veggies in there too! My arms were shaking for a good half hour after the workout so I know I'll be feeling it this time tomorrow! Next week is the dreaded Leg Day. I agree with Noel, he says " if you like Leg Day you're not doing it right " . My big race for the year, the Shamrock Run 15K, is on Sunday, so tomorrow I'll do the eliptical at the Sweat Shop, Thursday will be Group Kick, Friday some cardio at CAC, Saturday will be a rest day, and hopefully on Sunday I will be able to dig deep, focus, and finish.
