Guest guest Posted March 5, 2012 Report Share Posted March 5, 2012 This evening I felt like a little Eion Finn so I did his Pursuit To Happy Hips (easy street). This pretty much describes this routine. He does some standing and a few sun salutations then it's all on the floor with long holding stretches. Felt nice, but surprisingly the floor stretches seemed to drag a bit and I was ready to be done. Off to watch The Bachelor. `* ¸*´¸.•´ ¸.•*¨)¸.•*¨)(¸.•´(¸.• (¸.•´¸¸.•¨¯`•.¸¸.
