Guest guest Posted March 13, 2012 Report Share Posted March 13, 2012 project you day 23 was walk and upper body. first i did a morning shift in the deli, then i walked with chinook for an hour afterward. it was windy and a good resistance walk on the way home. this evening i did turbo fire upper 20 and stretch 10. it was nice to use tubing for a change from dumbells. working with tubing doesnt seem to bother my upper body issues as much as dumbells do. hmmmm!! i hadnt realized this before and it merits further investigation. this was a nice workout, challenging yet do-able. tomorrow is a bonus walk because the weather is supposed to be nice, and pilates and yoga is also on the PY schedule. :*carolyn.
