It's a beautiful day and I committed a sin by not walking at lunch, but the call of the Iron was too strong.Back to 3 sets of 10, per Noel, it's what I should be doing.

warmup exercisesupine dumbell extensionw/u 8's, 10s, 15s, 15skettlebell pullovers35, 35, 35tricep presses15s, 20's, 20's

standing kettlebell overhead extensions26.5, 26.5, 26.5single arm kickbacks12, 12, 12used the latpull machine as a rope pull (weird, on a regular rope pull I do 65 lbs)

30, 35, 3550 standing weighted side abdominals, one side at a time - 35 lb kettlebell each side100 center crunchesI feel good!
