I'm just not in love with this workout, for some reason. I know a lot of you guys really like it, but I can't seem to like it a lot no matter how much I modify. I don't like that she repeats each one twice. I think once is enough for as hard as the workout is. Maybe some time I'll do it just once through and see how I like it that way. I don't like all the burpees and spidermans so any and all of those "going down to the floor" stuff I subbed. Here's where all I modified. Mountain Climbers- I did high impact high knees Burbees- I did 7 jacks and one jump with arms overhead Plank Kick Through- I did high impact kicks and when she sped up the kicks I sped up mine too. Spiderman Climbers- high knees, I sped these up also when she did with the climbers (this one felt Breathless body) Jumping Jacks with disk- I did regular jacks on floor Walking pushups- I did the full pushups, but stayed stationary when they walked. I feel like I worked just as hard and my calorie burn was even higher without me having to do all those exercises that I don't enjoy and even makes me light headed. I'm glad this one is done! It defeats the purpose (builidng the pecs) so in class when we had those a few weeks ago in Kick I just did regular pushups the whole time.Good calorie burn there! Good job making it work for you, !
